This page (together with the documents referred to on it) explains the terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") upon which we supply any products ("Products") listed on our website, qasraloud.com (the "Site") to you. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. By ordering any Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. The Contract Between You and Us

2.1 You may place an order to purchase a Product advertised for sale on the Site by following the onscreen prompts after clicking the item you wish to buy.

2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail (the “Order Confirmation”) acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we send you an e-mail confirming that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation").

2.3 We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, problems validating payment, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any sums paid.

3. Delivery

3.1 Products will be delivered according to the delivery option selected at checkout.

3.2 Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided at checkout. Multiple delivery addresses per single order are not supported.

3.3 If part of an order is out of stock, we may ship the available items first and dispatch the remainder later at no extra shipping cost.

3.4 Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

4. Risk and Ownership

4.1 Responsibility for the Products passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage to Products after delivery unless they were damaged or faulty on arrival.

4.2 Ownership of the Products transfers to you only when we have received full payment for the Products (including shipping charges), or on delivery—whichever occurs later.

4.3 We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international or high-value orders.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 Product prices are as shown on the Site and include any applicable taxes where indicated, but exclude delivery costs which will be added at checkout.

5.2 Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a Dispatch Confirmation.

5.3 We will not dispatch an order until payment has been received in full. Accepted payment methods are those available at checkout (major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment gateways).

5.4 If your payment cannot be authorized, we will not accept the order.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

6.1 You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting contact@qasraloud.com.

6.2 If your order has been dispatched, you may return Products that are unused, in original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery (or longer if local law requires). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the Product was faulty or we agreed otherwise.

6.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14–30 days after we receive and inspect the returned Product. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

6.4 If a Product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, contact us immediately at contact@qasraloud.com and we will arrange return, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

6.5 These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Liability

7.1 Except where prohibited by law, our liability is limited to direct losses reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, business, contracts or goodwill).

7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, transport failures, interruption of utilities, or internet downtime.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting revised terms on the Site. Changes will not affect orders already dispatched. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montana unless otherwise required by applicable law.
