1. Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or a different product than what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order for returns and within 5 days for exchanges.

  • Items must be in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Oud Wood

  • Sandalwood (Wood or Powder)

  • Custom-made or limited-edition wooden products

Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days, and return instructions will be provided. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed immediately.

⚠️ Please ensure that you return the correct product. We are not responsible for incorrect or missing items sent back.

2. Fees and Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is not due to a defect or damage, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.

4. Refunds

After inspection of returned items, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card).

If the returned item is found to be non-defective, shipping and return fees will not be refunded.
